BANWA
The concept of the design is inspired by the Philippine national leaf, Anahaw, and the Bahay Kubo. The different bends of the roof are taken from the form and folds of the leaf and the structure itself is shaped like a Bahay Kubo. The Bahay Kubo is a typical shelter for most natives in the country and symbolizes togetherness.
As Filipinos, we give importance to that certain quality by showing hospitality and friendliness towards others. this tourist booth shows exactly how we want to impact tourists with the importance of our heritage and history.
